These General Conditions of Sale are intended for the use of booking stays in guest rooms in the house Les Toiles du 15 located in Montaren and St Médiers (30700) at 15 rue du Puits Venden.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

The tenant may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period initially provided for in this contract, unless the owner agrees. The owner undertakes not to disclose to any third party information of any nature whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the tenant has been required to give him during the execution of this contract. These last provisions are not however applicable with regard to the requests for information which would be formulated by the administrations and / or the Courts.

PAYMENT:

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay and a copy of the signed contract within one week. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep a copy of the signed document. The balance is payable on the day of departure from the guesthouse to the owners. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the owner.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:

A - Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit remains with the owner.
B - In case of cancellation 48 hours before or in case of no show. The cost of the stay is due in full.
C - In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER:

If it is completely impossible to honor this reservation, the owner agrees to reimburse the amount of the deposit for the stay.

ARRIVAL:

The customer must arrive on the specified day and at the times mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition, and not to smoke in the house.

USE OF PREMISES:

Capacity: this contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to decline the additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner.

ANIMALS:

For reasons of hygiene and guest tranquility, no pets are allowed in the guest house. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client's departure, no refund can be considered.
